If I could give this place 10 stars I would. One month ago a woman backed into my BMW X3. The front bumper was badly damaged. Not knowing if there was any sensor problems or any more interior issues, I got my car towed to Charlotte Collision which was referred to me by my father. The woman who hit my vehicle insurance company caused problems from the beginning. When trying to get a rental they only wanted to pay for something as small as a Mitsubishi Mirage. I am 230lbs and that is nowhere near the size of my car. Ms. Doris at Charlotte Collison not only called several rental companies in Charlotte but also drove me to pick up the rental car. She constantly kept me updated on my car and when there was an issue with the woman’s insurance. For over a month the woman’s insurance found ways to stall and not pay for anything but the replaced bumper. Which means that I would have had to pay towing, calibration, and alignment, even though the accident was not my fault. Carlos the manager of Charlotte Collision did not charge me one cent. And the car looks better than ever.

I had a true 5 out of 5 experience with Charlotte Collision Center. From the beginning, Doris provided a clear timeline, an affordable estimate, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The entire repair moved surprisingly quickly and communication was excellent the whole way through.

When I picked up my car, Carlos took the time to walk me through the repairs and made sure I was completely happy before I paid and I absolutely was. Not only did the exterior repairs look fantastic, but he also buffed out a few extra scratches we hadn’t even discussed and left the inside of my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. Since the repairs were only exterior-related, that extra attention to detail was completely unexpected and very appreciated.

You can tell this business truly cares about customer service and quality work. I’ll absolutely be a longtime fan of Charlotte Collision Center, and if I ever need repairs again, they’ll be the first and only place I call.

So I want to take this time out to say charlotte collision center is one of the most professional services I ever receive in a car collision industry. Doris was very informative. The mechanic was very informative as well.
