CLT Collision Center (CCC) did a phenomenal job on repairing our 2013 Accord. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, informative and very thorough. Once we decided to keep the car (it was deemed a “total loss”) and found our way to CCC (thanks to high marks via Google reviews), it was just a great experience from there. CCC takes pride in their work and will not jive you on pricing, parts, and whether it’s reasonable or not to repair your vehicle. So, if you find yourself in need of vehicle repair and you want things done right, then get with CCC!

Doris and Carlos were amazing! I had issues with my insurance paying what they said they would pay. Doris made it a point to not give up until they did the right thing and paid the remaining balance that they should’ve paid to begin with. Carlos repainted my entire vehicle (2016 Honda Accord) and it looks brand new!!! They really did an amazing job from start to finish. I will recommend them to everyone moving forward, and hopefully I won’t have to see them anytime soon, but if I do, Charlotte Collision is where I’ll go!
