The work that they do at this body shop is unmatched! Doris and Carlos are the best people to work with and they care about all of their customers. Based on unlucky circumstances this is my second time here, but we are fortunate to have a body shop like theirs in this city. Carlos and his team and true artist when it comes to cars and I can't recommend this body shop to you all enough. Thank you guys you're the best!

Doris and Carlos were amazing! I had issues with my insurance paying what they said they would pay. Doris made it a point to not give up until they did the right thing and paid the remaining balance that they should’ve paid to begin with. Carlos repainted my entire vehicle (2016 Honda Accord) and it looks brand new!!! They really did an amazing job from start to finish. I will recommend them to everyone moving forward, and hopefully I won’t have to see them anytime soon, but if I do, Charlotte Collision is where I’ll go!

My experience with Charlotte Collision Center was better than I could've asked for. Doris, Carlos, and their team are very kind and take pride in their work and it shows. They treat you like family here and they did an amazing job on my car. I have a very difficult paint to work with and I was afraid my car would never look the same after the accident but when I got it back I was amazed by how great it looked, practically brand new. I want to thank Doris, Carlos, and everyone involved for the work that they've done and the ease of mind they gave me when I took my car in. I definitely recommend this shop and will be coming back if ever need be!

Brought my Infiniti Q50 here a few weeks ago. I visited several shops that same day and got a wide range of prices. CCC gave me the best deal within 30 minutes of me showing up. Fixed the car in a week. Highly recommend this place for paint touch ups.
